We travel to locations in Dexter, Chelsea, Manchester, Adrian, Tecumseh, Clinton, Saline, Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan. We do all breed dog and cat grooming. We do AKC approved trims for dog/cat shows. Our groomers were trained at Michigan School of Canine Cosmetology in Lansing, Michigan http://www.k9grooming.com in its all breed program. Dogs have their pads clippered to clear sweat glands of hair and debris, a sanitary trim around genitals, nail trim, inner ear hair plucked and outer ear disinfected for dogs during a bath and brush (B & B).
Cats have their nails trimmed, a sanitary trim around genitals, and outer ears disinfected during a B & B. We do specialized trims on cats (called lion cuts or false skirts) to reduce hair ball problems or matting problems.
If a groom runs over an hour, an additional hourly rate over the first hour ($1/minute) shall be assessed. After seeing the pet, the groomer can evaluate whether an additional fee might need to be necessary. Badly matted pets requiring care to protect the skin may require extra time, and result in an extra fee. Special dips (flea/tick) or shampoo (medicated, hypoallergenic, or prescription) which need to sit on the pet may result in additional time and fee assessment. Hourly rate will be assessed for AKC show standard scissoring over the first hour. Special requests (dying coat, nail polishing or dremeling nails) have extra fees assessed to cover product and time over the hour, and may require advance notice. Check when arranging appointment date/time.
Annual evidence of up-to-date vaccinations are required, as well as any changes in pet's health or veterinary care
